3D Imaging and Printing Church Sculpture
Church officials wanted to create a scale model of this sculpture to preserve it and use it as a meaningful symbol to the parish community. 3D Herndon was asked to make a 3D scan of the sculpture and then 3D print copies that could be used as gifts of recognition and awards for church activities.
Singer Sewing Machine Part
3D Herndon had the opportunity to work with an internationally recognized collector of antique sewing machines. The collector needed a rare adaptive arm for a turn of the century, 1890, Singer sewing machine 3D scanned and replicated.

Customized Cup Holder for Vintage Automobile
A customer who owns a vintage Jaguar XJ-Series automobile wanted to retrofit the cup holder to accommodate today’s larger cups and travel mugs. He asked 3D Herndon to design and produce an insert for the existing cup holder compartment that would seamlessly integrate with the current look and feel of the interior.

Custom Phone Stand for Desk Use
Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) approached 3D Herndon with a request to re-engineer the wall-mounted phone brackets used in classrooms and offices across multiple campuses to convert them to desktop stands.
